Refund policy

Can I return/exchange a product?
Lanadeene Swimwear only accepts exchanges, we will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed with hang tags and hygiene liners attached or defective merchandise.  If you are not satisfied please send us an email. 
Will you refund stolen or lost items?
We will not refund for lost of stolen packages. Lanadeene Swimwear will not refund for shipping delays. Once packages are shipped and a tracked number is provided, we are not responsible for transit time.
