Delivery Policy
During sales and high volume periods processing time is 30 days or more.
Due to unavailability of local materials, please allow up to 30 days for your order to be processed.
Pre-Order Items
Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' begin processing on the date indicated in the product description and vary between items and availability of materials.
Keep in mind that all materials are not sourced locally

Shipping is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your products (packaging included) Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location and your choice of courier.
Dispatch notification
If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date,
please notify us by sending an email to lanadeene@gmail.com including your order number.
Your item has not been delivered?
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-5 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service.
Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.
Customs and Duties Charges
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Duties may apply depending on your shipping address. Lanadeene Swimwear has no control over these charges/duties as they vary between countries. All charges imposed by customs are the customer's responsibility.
Pickups
Our Atelier is open for try-ons and pickups. We always advice customers to try-on for best fit.
